If you love running and nutrition, I’d suggest you stick around. I offer tons of information on running technique, proper nutrition, training and race tips, and product reviews.

Through my past years of training I have made countless errors. From these errors, I have learned some of the best methods of training that work for me. I figure I’m not the only one to make mistakes through training, so I decided to start blogging to spread my experience to the rest of the world. I also hope to get lots of feedback to learn even more.

Now, a little about myself. My name is Jacob Freeman. I am a 3 time regional qualifier from Bradenton Fl. I’m a 15 year old sophomore at Bayshore High School. I have pretty much been running for my entire life, but have only competed for 2 years so far. I am super passionate about running and competing. I go all out in my training, including nutrition, to become the best athlete I can possibly be. To achieve my goals, I do endless research on professional runners, and talk to elite trainers. I try out many methods and theories, and stick with the ones that work for me.
